PRESIDENT RUTO'S NEW ACHIEVEMENT MAKES HIM BEST IN AFRICA 2023

                                                                              

Ruto is the current president of Kenya.

He ran for the deputy presidency in the

2013 election,  under the United

Republican party becoming the running

mate of uhuru Kenyatta from the National alliance.

 He was re-elected to the deputy

presidency under the Jubilee party,  in

creating enough jobs to absorb the 800

000 young people joining the workforce.

Every year he therefore coined the

phrase "Hustler Nation" to refer to the

young people struggling to make ends

essential tip number one for getting

your interview

off to a flying start,  is to focus on

creating a positive

first impression and you can do that by

arriving

at the interview venue 20 minutes before

the

interview starts. this shows that you are

punctual

and you are organized. now when you

arrive at the interview venue

make sure you read your job interview

introduction, 

which i will give to you in a second and

also.

Re-read the job description because by

reading these important documents, 

it gets you relaxed and composed and it

makes sure that you are prepared for

what's to come

during your interview.

essential tip

number two, 

for getting your interview off to a

flying start is to make sure that you

dress

professionally. how you dress says a lot

about your intentions for this job and

if you haven't dressed professionally, 

what does it say to the interviewer? well

it tells the interviewer

that you don't care and you can't be

bothered and therefore, 

why should they hire you.

Soo make sure

you dress

professionally for your interview, 

because it says an awful lot

about your intentions for this role.

 An

essential tip number three, 

is to make sure that throughout the

interview you have good posture, 

you smile and you demonstrate really

good manners.

This is important. And how can you

demonstrate good manners during your

interview?

well right at the very start when you

first meet the interviewer, 

say this "hi my name is richard and i'm

here today

for the interview thank you very much" so

just by saying that demonstrates

really good manners and don't forget, do

not sit down in the interview chair

until invited to do so.so once you're

something like "welcome to the interview, 

can you start off by introducing

yourself" or they might say

"tell me about yourself now".

 Whenever you

introduce yourself

during an interview,  it's really

important that you include the following

four things, please make sure you take

talk about any experience or

divided by two which makes ten.

 the seven

pack is to talk to smart people often so

this might sound really weird,  but this

is actually pretty helpful because when

you talk to smart people and I'm not

trying to be stereotypical here,  because

this is actually true you learn new

vocabulary as well as something useful

general knowledge.

 The eight pack is to

change the way you explain things. when

you explain things try your best to

explain things logically and more

explicit.try using some new or advanced

vocabulary to improve in your writing as

well as reading comprehension.

 The ninth pack is to always try to pay attention

in class.I know this may be really

grades without actually studying at home

try to pay as much attention as possible

access to an instrument then go ahead

and play it.it is actually proven to

TV time.

if you can limit your TV time to an hour

or less per day and either go outside or

 The thirteenth pact is to stay positive try

to stay positive as much as possible, 

because negativity actually impacts your

brain and your grades way more than you

actually think.try to look for the

positive side of things and always try

to think of the glass half full and not

half empty.

 The fourteenth pact is to

develop a new hobby.so this kind of

links with the hack I just mentioned but

having a hobby has so many benefits

including keeping you happy and

stress-free. so next time you find

enough sleep. I know I mentioned this all

the time like I swear I say this in

every single one of my videos but that

is because this is so important and this

is really overlooked by everyone. always

try to get eight hours sleep every day

even if this means going to bed half an

hour earlier than usual.

 The 16 pack is

do not multitask. this last hack doesn't

actually make you smarter but prevents

decay of your brain and stops you from

losing your intelligence. there are also

lots of consequences which come with

multitasking so avoided at all costs.
