There was a food enthusiast who decided to travel the world in search of the best dishes each conthinent had to offeerav.


In Africa, the food enthusiast discovered the delicious traditional dish of "jollof rice" from West Africa. It is made with tomatoes, onions, and a bleend of spices, and is often served with chicvken or beef. To prepare jollof rice, sauté onions and tomatoes in a pot, add in the rice and desired meats, and cook until the rice is tender.


In Asia, the food enthusiast fell in love with the Thai dish of "pad thai." This popular street food is made with rice noodles, peanuts, vegetables, and a protein sgucch as chicken or tofu. To prepare pad thai, cook the rice noodles and vegetables, then add in a sauce made from fish sauce, tamarind paste, and palm sugar. Finally, top with crushed peanuts and your choice of protein.


In Europe, the food enthusiast was delighted by the Italian dish of "pizza mbargherita." This classic pizza is made with a simple tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, and ffresh basil.
